What Experience Do You Have In Early Childhood Education and Care?
My name is Sarah. I have worked in Early Childhood since 2007. I began my career as a relief assistant and have worked my way through the ranks to Lead Educator. I have experience as an Educational Leader, 2IC, Director and Outside School Hours Care Co-ordinator. I have worked with all age groups, ranging from birth to 12 years. You can be confident that your child will be provided with the best start.
What Are your fees?
Fees per child are $10.50 per hour, per child. Little Learners Family Day Care is an approved care provider under Passionate Minds. What this means that families can claim their government rebates. Out of pocket expenses must be paid each week; Little Learners Family Day Care reserves the right to cease care immediately if out of pocket expenses remain in arrears for more than two weeks.
What do I need to bring?
Little Learners Family Day Care provides Breakfast, Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and Late Snack. We also provide bedding, linen and sunscreen. All you need to provide for your child is a healthy, nutritious lunch, a hat and a change of clothes.

Do You provide an educational program?
Little Learners Family Day Care is committed to providing quality care to each and every child. An educational program is provided each week, through the planning cycle. This involves, writing observations and learning stories which are then used to inform the program for the following week. It is important the each child has a voice and that each child is valued as a confident, capable learner. The philosophies at Little Learners Family Day Care are based around the Early Years Learning Framework. We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable living and allowing children to discover who they are and what activities bring them joy. What this means for your child is that they will have access to indoor and outdoor activities, including, but not limited to: Sandpit, mud and water play, gardening, art and craft activities, block, building and construction play, reading, home corner, group games and puzzles.
What hours is Little Learners Family Day Care Open?
Little Learners Family Day Care opens at 6.30am and shuts at 6.30pm. Overnight and weekend care will be reassessed in the coming weeks, depending upon demand If this is something you require, please feel free to let us know
What if my child has allergies, dietary requirements or any other special needs?
If your child has any special needs, such as allergies, dietary requirements or medical needs, you can discuss this with me prior to enrolment. Please ensure that all conditions are listed on the enrolment form prior to commencing care. If your child develops an allergy or any other medical condition, please ensure that you inform us immediately via email.
